Job Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Academic Advising Or Counseling In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Academic Policies And Procedures At New York University.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport With Students And Colleagues From Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Familiarity With Student Information Systems And Technology Used For Registration And Record Keeping.
