  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.

  12. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure project designs are implemented correctly.
  13. Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts between various project stakeholders.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management.
  15. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and construction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Construction Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Professionals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Completion On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
