- Collaborate with department staff and external partners to develop and implement program plans, goals, and objectives.
- Manage department budgets and finances, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members, including coordinating interviews and preparing orientation materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for program participants, responding to inquiries and providing support as needed.
- Conduct research and gather data to support program development and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the communications team to promote department programs and initiatives through various channels, such as social media and newsletters.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the job to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in public health to contribute to the continuous improvement of department programs and initiatives.
Master's Degree In Public Health Or A Related Field, Such As Health Administration Or Health Policy.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Program Administration, Preferably In A Public Health Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Public Health Principles, Practices, And Policies.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
Experience Working With Diverse Populations And Community-Based Organizations In A Public Health Capacity.
