Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of New York.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Primary Care Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures, As Well As Experience With Budgeting And Resource Management.
