- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with the organization's mission and values.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Conduct recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Stay current on industry best practices and make recommendations for improvement and implementation.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve and streamline processes.
- Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Act as a resource for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and make recommendations for improvements to HR processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Non-Profit Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeo.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office, With The Ability To Analyze And Present Data Effectively.
