  1. Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to identify and address employee needs and concerns.
  3. Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track and measure employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  4. Utilize HRIS and other systems to manage employee data and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct research and benchmarking to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  8. Partner with HR Business Partners to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  9. Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and leaders within the university.
  10. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process by analyzing data and providing insights.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR data and reporting.
  12. Support the development and maintenance of employee engagement and recognition programs.
  13. Act as a resource for employees by providing data-driven insights and answering HR-related questions.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics And Data Analysis.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Policies, As Well As Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Proficient In Data Management And Analysis Tools, Such As Microsoft Excel And Hris Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Stakeholders And Departments.
