- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process by analyzing data and providing insights.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR data and reporting.
- Support the development and maintenance of employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Act as a resource for employees by providing data-driven insights and answering HR-related questions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics And Data Analysis.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Policies, As Well As Employment Laws And Regulations.
Proficient In Data Management And Analysis Tools, Such As Microsoft Excel And Hris Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Stakeholders And Departments.
