In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing administration of our talented adjunct and faculty members.   1. Manage the recruitment process for adjunct and faculty positions, including creating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Coordinate the onboarding process for new adjunct and faculty members, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting background checks, and setting up orientation sessions.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from adjunct and faculty members, providing timely and accurate responses.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized personnel records for all adjunct and faculty members, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of onboarding and training programs for new adjunct and faculty members.
  6. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  7. Monitor and track adjunct and faculty contracts, ensuring timely renewal and processing of necessary paperwork.
  8. Communicate and enforce university policies and procedures to adjunct and faculty members, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
  9. Provide support for performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and administering performance improvement plans.
  10. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR administration, making recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Represent the university in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
  13. Adhere to all university policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hr Administration Or Faculty Affairs, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Title Ix And Ada

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail
