- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks related to the graduate program in psychology at New York University.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of the program through strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to graduate students in their academic and professional development.

- Coordinate and assist with the admissions process for new graduate students.

- Create and maintain program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with university and industry standards.
- Supervise and train support staff and delegate tasks as needed.
- Communicate with graduate students, faculty, and staff regarding program updates, deadlines, and other important information.
- Collaborate with other graduate program administrators and university departments to share best practices and improve processes.
- Continuously evaluate and make recommendations for program improvements and enhancements.
A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Psychology Or A Related Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Psychological Theories And Principles.
Experience In Program Administration Or Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities.
Familiarity With Academic Policies And Procedures, And A Commitment To Upholding Academic Standards And Integrity.
