  1. Oversee and manage all administrative tasks related to the graduate program in psychology at New York University.
  2. Play a key role in shaping the future of the program through strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives.
  3. Provide support and guidance to graduate students in their academic and professional development.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, grades, and other important information.
  5. Coordinate and assist with the admissions process for new graduate students.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with faculty members, staff, and external stakeholders to promote the program and enhance its reputation.
  7. Manage the program budget and ensure expenses are within allocated funds.
  8. Plan and coordinate events and workshops for graduate students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the graduate program and other departments within the university.
  10. Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field of psychology to inform program decisions and initiatives.
  11. Create and maintain program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with university and industry standards.
  12. Supervise and train support staff and delegate tasks as needed.
  13. Communicate with graduate students, faculty, and staff regarding program updates, deadlines, and other important information.
  14. Collaborate with other graduate program administrators and university departments to share best practices and improve processes.
  15. Continuously evaluate and make recommendations for program improvements and enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Psychology Or A Related Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Psychological Theories And Principles.
