  1. Manage and coordinate academic programs across NYU's global campuses to ensure a high quality of education for students.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for academic programs in accordance with NYU's standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with faculty and staff at various global campuses to oversee curriculum development and ensure consistency across all locations.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for students and faculty regarding academic program inquiries and concerns.
  5. Monitor and analyze data related to academic programs, including enrollment, retention, and graduation rates, to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Work closely with other departments, such as admissions and student services, to support the recruitment and retention of international students.
  7. Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of academic program staff at global campuses.
  8. Manage budgets and resources for academic programs, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  9. Stay updated on international education trends and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies.
  10. Represent NYU at international conferences and events related to academic programs.
  11. Collaborate with other Global Academic Administrators to share best practices and promote consistency across all global campuses.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of academic programs and student information.
  13. Communicate regularly with NYU's central administration to provide updates on academic programs and address any issues or concerns.
  14. Support the development and implementation of new academic programs and initiatives.
  15. Foster a diverse and inclusive environment that values and promotes cultural exchange and understanding among students and faculty from different backgrounds.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Higher Education Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Academic Administration At A Global Institution.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For International Programs And Partnerships.

  • Experience With Budget Management And Financial Planning In A Global Academic Setting.

  • Demonstrated Cross-Cultural Communication Skills And Experience Working With Diverse Student Populations.
