  1. Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to faculty affairs operations, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty members, providing support and guidance on academic processes and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with department chairs and faculty members to ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork and documentation.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of faculty appointments, promotions, and evaluations.
  5. Facilitate the onboarding process for new faculty members, including orientation and necessary paperwork.
  6. Monitor and track faculty workload, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
  7. Coordinate and support faculty events and activities, such as conferences, workshops, and seminars.
  8. Liaise with other departments and university offices to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on faculty-related matters.
  9. Stay updated on changes in academic policies and procedures and communicate them to faculty and staff as needed.
  10. Assist in developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of faculty affairs operations.
  11. Provide support to the Faculty Affairs Committee, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for faculty and staff.
  14. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Higher Education Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Faculty Affairs, Academic Administration, Or Human Resources In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Faculty Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices In A Large Research University Setting.

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Faculty, Staff, And Administrators At All Levels.
