  1. Develop and implement innovative instructional design strategies to enhance the learning experience for students.
  2. Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify technology needs and opportunities for integration into the curriculum.
  3. Research and evaluate emerging educational technologies to determine their potential impact on teaching and learning.
  4. Design and deliver professional development workshops and trainings for faculty on effective use of technology in the classroom.
  5. Create and maintain resources and documentation to support faculty and students in utilizing educational technology tools.
  6. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in educational technology and instructional design.
  8. Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and technology vendors.
  9. Conduct needs assessments and make recommendations for technology resources that align with the university's educational goals.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of technology solutions in meeting the needs of faculty and students.
  11. Act as a project manager for technology initiatives related to teaching and learning.
  12. Provide technical support to faculty and students in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to educational technology.
  13. Communicate and promote the use of educational technology tools and resources to faculty and students.
  14. Collaborate with other educational technologists and instructional designers to share ideas and best practices.
  15. Participate in university-wide committees and initiatives related to educational technology and instructional design.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Educational Technology, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles And Experience Developing Effective Online And Blended Learning Materials.

  • Proficiency In Learning Management Systems (Lms) Such As Blackboard Or Canvas, As Well As Other Educational Technology Tools And Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Faculty, Staff, And Students To Integrate Technology Into The Curriculum.
