1. Oversee the development and maintenance of our CRM data warehouse, ensuring its accuracy, reliability, and accessibility for various departments and stakeholders.
2. Lead and manage a team of data warehouse professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
3. Implement best practices for data management, storage, and security to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, admissions, and enrollment, to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
5. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency across the organization.
6. Monitor and analyze data warehouse performance, identifying and addressing any issues or inefficiencies.
7. Work closely with business analysts and data scientists to develop and implement data models and analytics that support decision-making and improve the student experience.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management and business intelligence, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns related to the data warehouse.
10. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to support the development and maintenance of the data warehouse.
11. Manage the data warehouse budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to end-users on data warehouse tools and processes.
