- Create engaging and informative content for the university's social media platforms, website, and other communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media and website analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in communication, marketing, and social media to continuously improve and innovate the university's communication strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between the university and its community, responding to inquiries and engaging with followers and stakeholders on social media.
- Plan and execute events and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement with the university's target audience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and other external partners to maximize exposure for the university.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Manage and track the university's online reputation and address any negative feedback or comments in a timely and professional manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Marketing, Communications, And Social Media Management.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Social Media Trends, Platforms, And Best Practices.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Compelling Content For Various Platforms.
Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Plan, Execute, And Track Marketing And Social Media Campaigns.
