Extensive Experience In Higher Education Administration: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Administrative Role At A University Or College, Preferably In A Large, Research-Intensive Institution.
Strong Financial Management Skills: The Chief Administrative And Business Officer Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Financial Operations Of The University, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Reporting. Therefore, Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Financial Management, Including Experience With Complex Budgets And Financial Systems.
