  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on central plant equipment, including boilers, chillers, pumps, and generators.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and develop effective solutions to ensure the continuous operation of the central plant.
  3. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair history, as well as inventory levels of spare parts and supplies.
  4. Monitor equipment performance and energy consumption, and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Coordinate with other departments and contractors to schedule maintenance and repairs, and ensure minimal disruption to campus operations.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures when working with machinery and hazardous materials, and report any safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in central plant maintenance, and implement new techniques and technologies as needed.
  8. Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to less experienced technicians to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  9. Communicate effectively with campus stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff, to address any concerns or questions regarding the central plant.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
