- Perform routine maintenance tasks on central plant systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with central plant systems and make necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and identify potential problems before they arise.
- Maintain and repair boilers, chillers, pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment.
- Ensure the efficient operation of central plant systems to minimize downtime and maximize energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Continuously improve and update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry standards and advancements.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and staff to address any issues or concerns.
- Assist with the implementation of new equipment and systems as needed.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance And Repair Of Central Plant Equipment, Such As Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, And Air Handlers.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Diagnosing Mechanical, Electrical, And Control System Issues.
Knowledge Of Building Automation Systems And Ability To Make Programming Changes And Adjustments.
Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Procedures Related To Working In A Central Plant Environment.
Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints, Technical Manuals, And Schematics.
