Job Description

At New York University, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Care Management Specialist to join our team of professionals. This role will involve providing comprehensive care management services to our student population. The successful applicant will be a passionate advocate of client-centered care and be committed to providing high-quality services to students.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a care management role, a strong knowledge of medical, social, and behavioral health services, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to creating individualized care plans. They will also have a deep understanding of cultural competency and be able to work effectively with diverse populations. A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred.If you think you have the qualities and experience necessary to be successful in this role, we want to hear from you.
