1. Develop and implement undergraduate admissions and access strategies that align with the university's mission of diversity and inclusivity.
2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and fair admissions process.
3. Oversee the recruitment and enrollment of undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds, including underrepresented and marginalized communities.

7. Analyze data and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions for admissions and access strategies.
8. Represent the university at recruitment events and conferences, advocating for the institution's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
9. Collaborate with financial aid and scholarship offices to ensure financial barriers are addressed for underrepresented students.
10. Develop and manage admissions and access budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
11. Serve as a resource and advisor to students, families, and staff on matters related to admissions and access.
12. Uphold and promote the university's policies and procedures related to admissions and access.
13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
14. Stay informed of changing laws and regulations related to admissions and access, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
15. Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the admissions and access department.
