  1. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding student health services.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
  3. Oversee and manage administrative operations of student health services.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student health compliance.
  5. Train and educate staff on compliance regulations and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to student health.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of student health programs and services.
  8. Coordinate with external agencies and organizations to stay informed on relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and protect student privacy in all health-related matters.
  10. Provide support and guidance to students in navigating the student health system.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and vendors.
  12. Manage budget and resources for student health operations.
  13. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in student health compliance and administrative operations.
  14. Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and equity within the student health department.
  15. Represent the university at meetings and events related to student health compliance and administrative operations.
  16. Conduct investigations and address any compliance violations in a timely and effective manner.
  17. Communicate regularly with university leadership and stakeholders on student health compliance and administrative operations.
  18. Stay informed on emerging health issues and develop plans to address them.
  19. Provide guidance and support to students with chronic health conditions.
  20. Maintain professional development and continue learning to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Compliance And Administrative Operations, Preferably In A University Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Student Health, Including Hipaa And Ferpa.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Implementing Compliance Programs And Processes.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
