  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to NYU's law school.
  2. Review and evaluate applications to identify highly qualified candidates for admission.
  3. Conduct interviews and information sessions to engage with prospective students and provide them with information about NYU and the admissions process.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and faculty to ensure a diverse and inclusive admissions process.
  5. Manage a caseload of applicants and provide guidance and support throughout the admissions process.
  6. Serve as a liaison between the admissions office and other departments to ensure a smooth admissions process for accepted students.
  7. Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in higher education and the admissions process.
  8. Assist in the planning and execution of admissions events and programs.
  9. Represent NYU at recruitment fairs, conferences, and other events to promote the law school and attract prospective students.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant data and admissions statistics.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials for the law school.
  12. Assist with the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the admissions process.
  13. Provide excellent customer service to applicants and their families, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Contribute to the overall success and positive reputation of NYU's law school through your work in the admissions office.
  15. Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve and enhance your skills as an admissions professional.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Business, Or Law.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Admissions, Preferably In A Higher Education Institution.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Jd Admissions Processes And Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Applicants, Faculty, And Staff.
