- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to NYU's law school.
- Review and evaluate applications to identify highly qualified candidates for admission.
- Conduct interviews and information sessions to engage with prospective students and provide them with information about NYU and the admissions process.
- Collaborate with other departments and faculty to ensure a diverse and inclusive admissions process.
- Manage a caseload of applicants and provide guidance and support throughout the admissions process.
- Serve as a liaison between the admissions office and other departments to ensure a smooth admissions process for accepted students.
- Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in higher education and the admissions process.
- Assist in the planning and execution of admissions events and programs.
- Represent NYU at recruitment fairs, conferences, and other events to promote the law school and attract prospective students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant data and admissions statistics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials for the law school.
- Assist with the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the admissions process.
- Provide excellent customer service to applicants and their families, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the overall success and positive reputation of NYU's law school through your work in the admissions office.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve and enhance your skills as an admissions professional.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Business, Or Law.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Admissions, Preferably In A Higher Education Institution.
Strong Knowledge Of Jd Admissions Processes And Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Applicants, Faculty, And Staff.
