
Administrative Coordinator, Faculty Affairs
The Administrative Coordinator, Faculty Affairs, is an integral part of the team at New York University. The successful candidate must be an effective communicator and proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate issues and take initiative to proactively address them. This position requires someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As the Administrative Coordinator, Faculty Affairs, you will be an ambassador for the NYU faculty, and it is of the utmost importance that you are reliable, professional and courteous in all interactions.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)• At least three years of experience in an administrative role• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook• Ability to work collaboratively and independently• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
