  1. Oversee all academic support services and library resources offered by the university.
  2. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to identify and address academic support needs.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of academic support and library services.
  4. Manage the budget and resources for academic support and library services.
  5. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of support staff to ensure high-quality services are provided to students.
  6. Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations to expand academic support resources and opportunities for students.
  7. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in academic support and library services to continuously improve offerings.
  8. Collaborate with other university departments to integrate academic support and library services into the overall student experience.
  9. Develop and implement assessment measures to evaluate the success and impact of academic support and library services on student academic success.
  10. Serve as a liaison between the university and students, faculty, and staff regarding academic support and library services.
  11. Communicate with students to promote and raise awareness of available academic support and library resources.
  12. Participate in university events and committees related to academic support and library services.
  13. Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures related to academic support and library services.
  14. Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to academic support and library services.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of service to students.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Library Science, Information Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Academic Support Or Library Services, Preferably In A University Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee A Team Of Staff And Effectively Delegate Tasks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Faculty, Students, And Other University Departments.

  • Knowledge Of Current Trends And Technologies In Academic Support And Library Services, And The Ability To Implement Innovative Solutions To Enhance Services For Students And Faculty.
