  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all students, faculty, and staff of New York University.
  2. Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to academic affairs, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and processing paperwork.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for academic departments and assist with any inquiries or issues that arise.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of academic programs and initiatives.
  5. Assist with planning and executing university events and programs related to academic affairs.
  6. Ensure all academic policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  8. Monitor and track academic budgets and expenses.
  9. Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new faculty and staff.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in higher education to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Provide support to the Dean of Academic Affairs and other senior staff as needed.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records and files.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion.
  14. Adhere to all university policies and procedures.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Faculty, Staff, And Students.

  • Master's Degree In Higher Education Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Academic Administration, Preferably At A Large University.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Academic Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.

  • Experience Managing Budgets And Coordinating Academic Programs, Events, And Initiatives.
