  1. Design and plan transmission projects to meet the energy needs of New York state.
  2. Conduct research and analyze data to identify potential transmission solutions.
  3. Collaborate with other engineers and team members to develop efficient and sustainable transmission designs.
  4. Utilize industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and safety in all projects.
  5. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
  6. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project feasibility and identify potential issues.
  7. Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and suppliers.
  8. Stay up-to-date on advancements and changes in the field of renewable energy and incorporate them into project designs.
  9. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
  10. Ensure project completion within budget and on schedule.
  11. Participate in meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during project implementation.
  13. Comply with all safety protocols and procedures.
  14. Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.
  15. Continuously assess and improve project processes and procedures.
