Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians on transmission system operations and maintenance.
Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to improve transmission system reliability and efficiency.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on transmission equipment and infrastructure.
Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Collaborate with external partners and contractors to ensure timely completion of transmission projects.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Proficiency In Power System Analysis And Design Software
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Power Transmission Systems
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations (Such As Nerc And Ferc)
Strong Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
