  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical equipment and systems.
  3. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of electricity.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times.
  5. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures.
  6. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to address and resolve any concerns or issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology.
  9. Train and mentor other technicians as needed.
  10. Monitor the performance of electrical systems and equipment and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Participate in emergency response and outage restoration activities as needed.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge And Expertise: The Candidate Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems, As Well As Experience In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Equipment.

  • Relevant Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Power Industry, Is Required For This Position. Experience In Power Plant Operations And Maintenance Is Highly Desirable.

  • Safety Consciousness: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Commitment To Safety And Adhere To All Safety Protocols And Regulations. Prior Experience With Safety Training And Procedures Is Preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role As The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Team Members, Communicate With Supervisors, And Provide Technical Reports.

  • Ability To Work In A Team Environment: The Candidate Must Be Able To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Collaborate With Colleagues To Complete Tasks And Projects. Strong Teamwork Skills And A Positive Attitude Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
