  1. Develop and implement operation technology strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage operation technology initiatives, including identifying and evaluating new technologies and overseeing their implementation.
  3. Drive business transformation through the use of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of operation technology projects.
  5. Monitor industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for innovation and efficiency within the energy sector.
  6. Manage the budget and resources allocated to operation technology projects.
  7. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In The Technology Or Energy Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Power Generation And Distribution Systems, Including Experience With Renewable Energy Sources.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Technology Projects And Implementing Innovative Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
