As a tour guide, you will have the opportunity to share your love for New York and its power industry while providing an exceptional and educational experience for our guests.   1. Conduct engaging and informative tours for visitors, highlighting the history and technologies of the New York Power Authority.
  2. Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  3. Share knowledge and information about the New York Power Authority and the power industry in New York.
  4. Utilize storytelling skills to engage and captivate guests during the tour.
  5. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  6. Ensure the safety of guests and adhere to all safety procedures during tours.
  7. Answer questions and provide additional information to guests as needed.
  8. Assist with planning and organizing tour schedules and logistics.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality tour experience.
  10. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and technologies in the power industry to provide accurate and current information to guests.
  11. Uphold the mission and values of the New York Power Authority.
  12. Continuously strive to improve the tour experience and make recommendations for enhancements.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized tour area.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
