Origination & Structuring Analyst

Are you an experienced Origination & Structuring Analyst with a passion for helping to power New York? The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Origination & Structuring Analyst. You will play an integral role in helping to develop and execute our energy origination and structuring strategy.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of energy origination and structuring processes, including power purchase agreements, power marketing and trading, and the development of energy deals. You should have an excellent understanding of energy markets, pricing dynamics, and risk management. You should also have exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.In this role, you will be given the opportunity to make a real impact on NYPA’s energy origination and structuring strategy.
