Job Description

The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is looking for an HR Business Partner for our White Plains office.As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner providing HR advice and counsel to a portfolio of business units. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing HR processes and initiatives that align with the organization’s objectives and support its mission.We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a human resources capacity. Preference will be given to applicants with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and able to work independently, and have a strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices.If you are an experienced HR professional with a passion for making a difference, we want to hear from you!
