As a Construction Specialist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.   1. Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, including coordinating with contractors and vendors.
  3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify any potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to develop and implement construction plans and strategies.
  5. Review and approve project budgets, including materials and labor costs.
  6. Coordinate with government agencies and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  7. Hire and manage subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring quality work and adherence to project specifications.
  8. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction projects comply with building codes and regulations.
  9. Communicate with stakeholders, including clients and project managers, to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  10. Analyze and resolve any construction-related problems or issues that may arise during the project.
  11. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, budget updates, and change orders.
  12. Stay current with industry developments, including new technologies and techniques, to continually improve construction processes.
  13. Train and mentor junior construction team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and efficient project completion.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Construction Codes, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices

  • Proven Experience In Managing Multiple Construction Projects Simultaneously

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Coordinate With Various Stakeholders Including Contractors, Engineers, And Government Agencies.
