Job Description

As a member of the CHP Wireline Engineering team, you will be responsible for the quality of Cable/DSL/Router products with primary emphasis on Cable Modem, Cable Gateway Products and Mesh WiFi systems.Testing Cable Products and Mesh-WIFI products. Reproducing customer and ISP field issues Setting up test beds for customer and ISP scenarios. Working with field Beta testers for NPI launches. Review and Tracking Product ratings across multiple channels. JIRA/CONFLUENCE updates for Cable/X-sell Team. Reproduce critical security issues reported by CERT/CVE. Provide input to Technical support and documentation team.

Job Qualifications

  • Ongoing work toward a Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer/electrical engineering or related field or recent graduate

  • Knowledge of how home networking and IOT products work

  • Experience working with Linux operating systems
