Staff System QA Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Staff System QA Engineer to join the team at Netgear and help ensure the delivery of the highest quality products. In this role, you will need to be able to think strategically and tactically to design and execute test plans, analyze test data, and document results. This position requires an individual with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a software quality assurance role. Responsibilities:

1. Design test plans for software products and execute them to ensure quality.
2. Analyze test data to identify and document product defects.
3. Monitor development processes and suggest improvements when needed.
4. Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
5. Collate feedback from stakeholders and use it to improve product quality.
6. Develop and maintain scripts to automate testing.
7. Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers.
8. Train and mentor other QA engineers.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest software testing and quality assurance trends.
