- Develop and implement product strategies for Netgear's mobile product line.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers to drive innovation and growth in the mobile product category.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product planning, pricing, and positioning.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of the mobile product line.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of competing products in the market.
- Act as a key spokesperson for the mobile product line, representing Netgear at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously monitor customer feedback and work to incorporate it into product improvements and updates.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the mobile industry, and make recommendations for incorporating them into Netgear's product line.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements for the mobile product line.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Extensive Experience In Product Lifecycle Management (Plm) For Mobile Devices, Preferably In A Technology Or Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team Of Plm Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Mobile Device Development Processes, Including Product Design, Testing, And Launch.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Strict Deadlines.
Proven Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams, Including Engineering, Marketing, And Sales, To Ensure Successful Product Launches.
