- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers and team members.
- Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and maintaining candidate records.
- Act as a point of contact and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and assist in identifying potential candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Effectively communicate with team members and provide support as needed.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information.
- Proactively identify and resolve any recruitment process gaps or issues.
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Recruiting And/Or Hr Coordination.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Processes And Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability To Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
