
OEM Account Manager
Define, Plan and Execute the sales strategy in order to achieve the POS target on the assigned territory. Identify the key partners in the territory (ProAV equipment makers, OEMs). Develop NETGEAR business with them. Recruit if needed, Build relationships with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Marketing, Channels. Build forecast and deliver expected sales. Analyze OEM business and drive actions to ensure sales development is inline with set objectives, goals and targets on regular basis. Build and maintain strong product knowledge to increase sales effectiveness. Coordinate with internal NETGEAR resources (SE β Marketing β Product management -Sales β Tech Support) to optimize sales result.
Relevant recent experience in business development or territory account management role in a company targeting professional AV
Demonstrated success in managing a sales channel with project pipeline including administration and reporting
Dynamic and Entrepreneurial personality to develop relationship at different levels in OEM partner organizations.
