  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and increase brand awareness.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure alignment and maximize channel performance.
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  7. Serve as a primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports on sales, market trends, and channel performance to senior management.
  10. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the IT industry and incorporate that knowledge into strategic plans and sales strategies.
  11. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
  12. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
