Job Description

Netgear is looking for an experienced Digital e-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with a passion for customer engagement and digital marketing.The successful candidate will have a strong background in e-Commerce marketing strategies, including developing and executing campaigns, driving customer engagement, and optimizing user experiences. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and possess a keen eye for detail.The Digital e-Commerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of e-Commerce marketing initiatives to help drive Netgear’s online presence. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute e-Commerce marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and optimize user experiences.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
  3. Monitor and analyze performance of e-Commerce marketing campaigns and optimize as needed.
  4. Develop creative concepts and content for e-Commerce marketing campaigns.
  5. Monitor industry trends and best practices and incorporate into strategies.
  6. Manage budgets and timelines for marketing campaigns.
  7. Analyze web analytics and create reports to track and measure performance.
  8. Stay up to date with the latest e-Commerce marketing trends and technologies.
  9. Manage and mentor junior team members.
