
Workplace Technician
Carry out the maintenance and repair of Netflix NY assets, equipment, corporate facilities, and theater. Provide an exceptional level of customer service and response time. Monitor facility maintenance needs and manage maintenance and repair tickets, service requests, and CMMS. Provide first tier maintenance and repair support to our NY theater. Maintain an asset management system, including asset manuals, diagrams, costs, parts, etc. Schedule and manage vendor relations and service support. Maintain preventative maintenance system. Create and manage workflows and systems Maintain tools, inventory, and facility keys throughout Netflix NY & DC properties. Partner with appropriate cross functional teams. Assist with moves, adds, changes, disassemblies and installs. Carry out general labor: loading/unloading, moving materials, and running errands for projects. Assist with event facilities support (ie. set-up, breakdown, ad-hoc support, etc.) Maintain personal schedule to remain flexible for off hours/emergency support.
5+ years in a maintenance/facilities role in a corporate environment
Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, fluid environment
Past experience with a CMMS and BMS
Experience maintaining theater equipment is a plus
Aerial Lift Certification is a plus
HVAC technician experience/certification is a plus
