  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all technology-related inquiries and concerns from Netflix subscribers.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address any technical issues or glitches that may impact the subscriber experience.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in subscriber feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall technology experience for subscribers, including but not limited to user interface design, device compatibility, and streaming quality.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements in the digital landscape, and make recommendations for implementing them into the Netflix platform.
  6. Collaborate with the customer service team to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to subscribers.
  7. Create and maintain detailed documentation and training materials for internal teams and external partners.
  8. Act as a liaison between the technology and customer service teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on subscriber experience goals.
  9. Participate in user testing and provide feedback to the product development team on new and existing features.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze subscriber feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  11. Represent Netflix at industry events and conferences, showcasing our commitment to providing an exceptional technology experience for our subscribers.
  12. Embody the Netflix culture and values, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
