  1. Provide technical support and assistance to users of Github within the company.

  7. Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user experience of Github.
  8. Conduct regular training and onboarding sessions for new users to ensure proper usage and understanding of Github.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for productivity tools and provide recommendations for implementation.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of technical support processes and procedures.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions with users.
  12. Collaborate with the engineering team to report and prioritize technical issues and work towards solutions.
  13. Act as an advocate for users, providing feedback and suggestions for product improvements based on user needs and experiences.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Stay organized and manage a high volume of support requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Github And Other Version Control Systems: A Technical Support Engineer At Netflix Must Have Extensive Knowledge And Experience Working With Github And Other Version Control Systems. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Issues Related To Code Versioning And Collaboration.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes: An Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies. They Should Be Able To Work Closely With Developers And Provide Technical Support To Ensure Maximum Productivity.
