  1. Develop and maintain technical content for customer service representatives to effectively assist Netflix subscribers.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.
  4. Continuously review and update existing technical content to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest technical trends and developments to incorporate into content.
  6. Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner for non-technical audiences.
  7. Work closely with the customer service team to understand their needs and challenges and provide solutions through technical content.

  10. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.

  • Extensive Technical Knowledge: A Technical Content Designer At Netflix Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Technical Concepts, Tools, And Platforms Used In Customer Service, Such As Crm Software, Ticketing Systems, And Social Media Management Tools.
