Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Experience Operations Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our talent in all aspects of their experience with Netflix, from onboarding to offboarding. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a positive and seamless experience for our talent, while also providing strategic support to our internal teams.   1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all talent-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolution.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with our talent, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs and concerns.
  3. Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new talent, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
  4. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline the talent experience and ensure consistency across all talent.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, legal, and production, to provide support and guidance on talent-related matters.
  6. Manage offboarding processes for departing talent, including exit interviews and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent experience at Netflix.
  8. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential issues or areas for improvement in the talent experience.
  10. Act as a liaison between talent and production teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all talent-related activities and interactions.
  12. Provide support and assistance with talent-related events and initiatives.
  13. Monitor and analyze feedback from talent to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to leadership.
  14. Stay informed about current and upcoming projects to anticipate talent needs and provide proactive support.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Highly Innovative Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Compliance With Legal And Regulatory Requirements

  • Proven Experience In Project Management, Data Analysis, And Process Improvement

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
