- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to ensure the highest quality and most cost-effective products and services are obtained for the company.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with company goals.
- Regularly review and analyze supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing processes and strategies.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay informed of new products and services.
- Monitor and manage supplier contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Drive cost savings initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of sourcing strategies and decisions.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sourcing activities and supplier performance.
- Train and mentor junior sourcing team members.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote Netflix's strategic sourcing capabilities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Sourcing, Preferably In The Entertainment Or Media Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Negotiating Contracts With Vendors And Suppliers.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Utilize Data To Drive Decision Making.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
