
Space and Occupancy Planning Manager
The focus of the Occupancy and Space Planning role will be the strategic planning of Netflix existing and planned corporate and post production locations within the Americas region. Ability to identify and validate existing organizational requirements and workplace needs. Liaise and build relationships with business partners to ensure their business’ allocation and adjacency needs are met, validating headcount projections and confirming spatial programming requirements. Collaborate with team to define strategies to meet the spatial and occupancy needs of multiple business units while managing a portfolio of rapid growth. Help define short term and long term strategies for space solutions including the allocation of space in new or renovated offices. Diagramming, data analysis and visualization, space programming and presentation preparation.
5+ years of experience in workplace strategy, occupancy and space planning
Comfortable in a fast-paced, open, collaborative environment
Knowledge of ADA requirements and building codes
