  1. Develop and implement social media strategy for Netflix, including but not limited to creating and managing social media campaigns, content calendars, and influencer partnerships.
  2. Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity to inform and improve strategy.
  3. Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including text, image, and video posts.
  4. Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  5. Engage with followers and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to track and report on the success of social media efforts, and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and implement innovative ideas to continuously improve our social media presence.
  9. Manage and grow the social media audience by implementing strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
  10. Monitor and manage the social media budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners to expand the reach and impact of our social media efforts.
  12. Ensure all social media content is in compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
  13. Train and mentor team members on social media best practices and tools.
  14. Represent Netflix in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies and make adjustments as needed to reach goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communication, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management And Integrated Marketing In The Entertainment Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Integrated Marketing Campaigns Across Various Social Media Platforms

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Analytics And Ability To Use Data To Inform And Optimize Marketing Strategies

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Different Teams And Stakeholders.
