  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to promote Netflix content and engage with our global audience.
  2. Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  3. Create and curate compelling and engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
  4. Monitor social media trends and techniques to continuously improve and optimize our social media campaigns.
  5. Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and provide insights for future strategy and decision-making.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of social media efforts with other marketing initiatives.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform and guide our social media strategy.
  8. Serve as a brand ambassador for Netflix, engaging with our online community and representing our brand in a positive manner.
  9. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from our social media followers in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Monitor and report on competitor social media activities to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
  11. Ensure all social media content is on-brand, accurate, and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  12. Manage social media budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
  13. Train and mentor junior members of the social media team to support their growth and development.
  14. Act as a liaison between Netflix and external partners, influencers, and agencies to coordinate social media collaborations and partnerships.
  15. Actively seek out and implement new and innovative ways to engage with our audience and drive social media growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Growing And Engaging Social Media Audiences Through Creative And Strategic Campaigns.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Craft Compelling And On-Brand Messaging.

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Analytics And Ability To Use Data To Inform Decision-Making And Optimize Performance.
