  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research initiatives and deliver actionable insights.
  5. Monitor and track competitive landscape and provide regular updates on industry developments and potential impact on the gaming market.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners and vendors.
  7. Synthesize research findings into clear and concise reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
  8. Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in market research.
  10. Lead and mentor junior researchers on the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Communicate research findings and insights to internal teams and external partners in a clear and compelling manner.
  12. Work closely with data analysts to integrate quantitative and qualitative insights to provide a holistic understanding of consumer behavior.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential research gaps and propose new research initiatives.
  14. Uphold high standards of quality and accuracy in all research deliverables.
  15. Represent Netflix at industry events and conferences to stay informed and network with other industry professionals.
