- Develop and implement research methodologies and tools to measure brand perception and reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and communications to gather research objectives and provide actionable insights.
- Lead and manage research projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
- Communicate and present research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in market research and analytics.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior research team members.
