Senior Product Designer, Partner Platform

We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Product Designer to join our Partner Platform team at Netflix. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product design process for our partner platform and ensuring a smooth user experience for our partners. We are looking for someone who is motivated and creative with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces and experiences.You will be a key member of the product design team, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and UX researchers to create efficient, high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, with the ability to think strategically and conceptually. The person in this role will be a problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and delivering on tight timelines.Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of product design experience• Experience with user-centric design principles• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript• Expertise in designing for mobile apps and web applications• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Ability to work independently and take initiative• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
